We have had a busy couple of days and dinner has not been very exciting around here.
Wednesday night we had church. We just had peanut butter and honey sandwiches for dinner.
Thursday night we had presentation night for the kids Coop classes. That meant sandwiches again. I did cook some beef sausage and scrambled some eggs. I then grilled the bread and put the sausage on the bread and the eggs. I would have put cheese over the top, but we were out.
Friday night I had a dinner to go to. The kids went to Mimi and Papa's and Chris worked late.
